• Providing on site service call per quarter during normal business hours
• Response Time – Next Working Day
• Providing Technical Support via telephone during normal business hours
• Provide 1 to 1 exchange of hardware in the event of hardware failure
• Providing software upgrade to the hardware in event of firm update release
• AMC will be renewed annually

• Panasonic Phone System removal
• Panasonic Phone System relocation
• CCTV Removal & Relocation
• Door Access Removal & Relocation
• Close Monitoring and Post Installation
• Phone System/CCTV/Door Access Cablings
• Identifying Voice & Data Locations for workstations etc
